Located in Orange, NSW La Mau's was only established in 2005 with the coming of the founding Stud and Queen' GC Emau's  Saga Of Mautrix and GC Emau's  Imaugine That.  Saga and Ginny as they are affectionately known are Top US imports from Emau Cattery.   

 

  Là Mau's is a small Egyptian Mau only Cattery and will  remain so as our "Goal"  is to establish this 'RARE' and 'ANCIENT' breed in Australia.  We plan to help aid in the preservation and responsible improvement of this precious breed through a carefully selected breeding program designed to promote the overall health, temperament and appearance of the Mau.  

   

   We plan on promoting and showcasing the breed throughout the year at many of the NSW CFA cat shows so if you would like to see one of our mau's at a show check out our show result page which will have the dates for the shows we will be attending.

                                       

 

SAD NEWS

Recently we were advised that one of the wild mau’s that we sponsored with EMRO, “Nader” passed away due to suspected poisoning.  Please look at our charities page and read the email that we received to see why we all must help donate our time, sponsorships etc... So that this tragedy does not continue to happen.
